To track your order, go to the footer section of our website. Under the Track Order' section, enter your mobile number or order ID, click 'Get OTP and Track Order,' and follow the instructions to view your order status.

To cancel your order, if it hasn’t been picked up yet, simply contact our support team on WhatsApp at 9973740222. Please provide your order ID and the reason for cancellation, and our team will assist you.
Once the returned product is delivered to our warehouse, a quality check (QC) test will be conducted. After the QC test is completed, it typically takes 2 working days for the refund to be processed .
