We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders deliverable anywhere in the country. Delivery time may vary based on the location, typically ranging from 4 to 6 days once the products are dispatched from our warehouse. Customers must ensure that the information provided is accurate and true to avoid delays or loss of the product.

PEARLBEAT reserves the right to confirm and validate the details provided by the customer at any time. If, upon verification, any information is found to be false or incomplete, PEARLBEAT may reject the registration and bar the user from using services on this or any affiliated website without prior notice.

For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the product price on the website. A tracking number and link to our courier company will be sent with the shipping confirmation email, enabling customers to track their orders. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, and PEARLBEAT will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from natural disasters, wars, or other force majeure events.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

PEARLBEAT does not offer a return or exchange policy. After placing an order, customers may cancel their order with a valid reason, but only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch will not be accepted. In case of cancellation, we do not offer a refund on the purchase amount; however, customers may exchange their purchase for another PEARLBEAT product of equal or higher value by paying any difference.

If any product is found missing, tampered with, or damaged during transit, customers must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video as proof. The product must be returned to our warehouse within one week; otherwise, PEARLBEAT will not accept the claim. Contact support@pearlbeat-lifestyle.com to initiate this process. We will investigate the damage and attempt to repair or replace the product. However, PEARLBEAT reserves the right to verify the damage’s authenticity and decide if a repair or replacement is appropriate. All such return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and PEARLBEAT will cover transaction costs only if the product is repaired or replaced.

Note: It is mandatory to make an unboxing video when opening the packet, as it is required to claim any missing, incorrect, or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

PEARLBEAT does not provide refunds. We only offer product replacement in cases of manufacturing defects.
